A $50 late fee will be applied for every 15 minutes of tardiness, as we strive to stay on schedule for all our clients. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment to maintain the flow of the day.
In the event of a “No Call, No Show,” the full service charge, including any applicable late fees, will be due. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so we can accommodate you.

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by email.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, as well as a 50% charge for the services booked.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new appointment time. Thank you for your understanding!
For services provided outside of the 20-mile radius of the 30126 area, a travel fee of $60 will be applied. For secondary locations, a $95 travel fee per location will apply, and advance notice is required.
Clients are responsible for covering parking and valet fees, and we ask that these arrangements be made prior to the appointment to ensure a smooth experience.
For services requiring travel that involves flights and/or hotel accommodations, please reach out in advance so that we can coordinate all details well ahead of time.

While we understand that you may want to share your pampering experience, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing extra guests, children, or pets to your appointment. Having additional guests can lead to distractions and affect the timely delivery of services.
To ensure the best experience, please make arrangements for your guests in advance. Should extra guests be present during your appointment, additional charges may apply at the discretion of the Makeup Artist.
